HOW SHOULD I BRUSH MY SKIN?
Using the specially designed NO NONSENSE brush, work towards the heart in long single strokes.
Although you may find the sensation strange at first, after a while, it will feel invigorating.
NO NONSENSE TOP-TO-TOE TECHNIQUE
Toes, Feet and Legs: Brush the entire surface of your leg 10 times starting from the tops and bottoms of your toes, across the soles towards your ankles, then ankle to knee and knee to hip.
Arms: Brush in ling strokes from fingertips to wrist, wrist to elbow, elbow to shoulders. Don’t forget the palms of your hands!
Back: Use the NO NONSENSE long handled brush to reach the length of your back, remembering to always brush towards your heart.
Buttocks and Thighs: Detach the brush handle and use the hand strap to grip the ‘head’ of the brush. Brush in any direction 15 times to help shift cellulite and encourage firm, smooth body contours.
HOW WILL IT HELP ME TO SLIM?
